How it works
You send the details once. I deal with the occupant, do the survey and send you the certificate.
2I arrange access
If it’s empty, I use the key or access details you give me. If someone’s living there, I contact them and find a time that suits.
3I do the survey
I go round each room and take measurements and photos: walls, insulation, the boiler and controls, windows and hot water.
4You get the certificate
I lodge it on the national register and email it to you, ready to go on the listing. It’s valid for ten years.

What if the property is empty?
Tell me how to get in: keys from your office, a key safe code, or someone meeting me there. That’s all I need.
What if someone is living there?
Give me the occupant’s name and number and I’ll arrange a time with them directly, so you don’t have to go back and forth.
Who gets the certificate?
I lodge it on the national register and email it to you, so it’s ready to go on the listing. Your vendor or landlord can find it on the register too.
How much is it?
£75 per property, including a free epIMS report. It’s the same price whatever the property.
